Pacific Japanese Used/New Auto Parts

I ordered a *** steering wheel airbag kit (airbag, clock spring, Module and drivers seatbelt and buckle)for $*** tax=$*** which they insisted was only payable by direct deposit at ***Payment was made and invoice sent
The items were received in good shape but the seatbelt and the buckle were wrong match and wrong colour
I contacted the seller to resolve the problem and he told me he had no other belt but suggested that my mechanic can cut off and replace the seatbelt socket with mineThe mechanic refused, insisting that seatbelt is a sensitive parts and exchanging the sockets will void the warranted and unlawful
When I reported back to the seller, he suggested that I send back the belt for him to do the repair and return it to me but this was before I found out that the buckle was also the wrong parts
