We are constantly getting scammed by inmates who claim they placed orders, when they never did - all in trying to get free merchamdise from usWe stopped accepting stamps for payment, as there is no way to prove that they sent in an orderAt least if they send a check, if the mail is lost, they can track a cashed checkIf we tell someone we never received an order, it is because it's trueWe've been in business years and have an excellent record of customer satisfaction, if they are being honest with us

I am rejecting this response because:
I am an inmate...
that has reached my patience’s limit with acknowledgement of the Pacific Island Connection error in which cost me $49 (see receipt). Said company refuses to acknowledge the fact that in early 2013 (around March) they had yet to replace order forms which still offered stamps as a payment option which is the option I chose upon ordering in October of that year(see accompanying institutional receipt). To make matter worse, they refused to acknowledge receiving the ten books of stamps for the pen pal package requested and sent me their newly modified order form which listed only check or money order payment options. I was told to produce a copy of a check or money order (for payment proof) when I had been quite clear with my grievance. I’ve since had a disgruntled office discard of my personal mail in spite, including the company’s absurd reply. Though I still ordered yet another lesser package in March of last year after this scandalous treatment I had enclosed an accompanying correspondence with my order requesting at least some type of reconcilable discort towards the new order to no avail. Unfortunately us convicts are scammed on a regular basis. Although I’d like only what I lost (the ten books of stamps at 4.90 each), I am willing to agree to a significant compromise: all will be forgotten for a paltry lost order. Not only does said remedy allow them to keep the stamps in question but also more importantly, the aura of professionalism possibly associated with business in question. Hopefully you can assist me with your esteem services.
