Review: ordered ink cartridges, were defective, they replaced once, these also defective, was told they would apply credit back to my credit card, have contacted numerous times by phone and email (approx 20 times) told refund had been applied to credit card, have checked everyday for 10 days, still not there. Cannot get a manager or supervisor, they will not transfer you. Cannot get this problem solved, want my money back for defective productsDesired Settlement: Refund to Credit Card

Full refund was issued on 4/8/14. Attempts were made to issue a credit numerous times prior to 4/8 however the card we had on file was no longer valid. Once we determined this was this issue preventing the card from being processed we immediately sought out the correct information from the customer and issued the credit. Proof of the credit was provided to the customer. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
