Review: I am filing this complaint due to the harassing nature of this companies sales department. In 2012 after three attempts by phone to get me to buy their product I requested that I be taken from their calling list and never contacted again. I explained that I would never require their services and if I ever found myself in need of contractor assistance I would be going to their competition due to the treatment I had received thus far from their company. On the fourth attempt to get me to use their services I again told them to never contact me again and by the fifth attempt on their part I became down right rude to get my point across. Today, May 23 2014, I again received a call from their company to inquire if I needed their service. I once again told them, as I had in 2012 which the lady on the phone pointed out was the last time she had called, that I wanted to be taken off their call list and never contacted again. I am writing this formal complaint in hopes that this harassment can be stopped. Thank you for your help.
