Pacific Home Appliance (PHA) was contracted by my home warranty company three months ago. In November the owner of PHA came and assessed the problem. A month later, after dozens of messages left with no return call, Joe final returned and was able to get the appliance to work. A week later the appliances experienced the exact same problem. Joe was called back out to assess the same problem. Before leaving he stated it's the same problem. That he would look into it and get back with me. It's now mid February. I've left dozens of voice messages. The warranty company has also made several attempts to contact PHA by calling the office numbers as well as their 24 hour emergency phone number. All attempts have gone directly to vice mail and none of these dozens of calls have been returned. To date, Joe and his fraudulent company has beenMIA. I've paid $250 for the repair service. There has been NO SERVICE, no follow up, no returned phone calls. The warranty company is waiting for a status report from Joe so they can replace the appliance and close the claim. I've been in limbo for a quarter of a year without the use of my range so I am current unable to cook, forcing higher expenses having to regularly eat out. This company has zero customer service and is causing me added living expenses. Bogus-Fraud company!
The home warranty company has all the information. The issue does not fall on me. I gave the home warrant all the information on January 8th. Home warranty company told me something must have happened not sure why we don't have the information. I requested for the range to be replaced on both occasions. We are trying to resolve the phone issue we have right now. For some reason not all the voicemails are going to the mailbox. The consumer is posting negative things on yelp about my company although the issue is not because of my company. The home warranty company must be dragging there feet due to having to replace the range. Consumer also claims 3 months which is a false statement. It is taking longer then it should be. But Again, The reason is not due to my company. The first time I went to the consumers house for the range was January 7th. I turned detailed diagnoses in on the 8th which was less than 24 hrs.
