In order for Pacific Guardian Life (PGL) to determine eligibility for a claim, wage information is needed. PGL twice mailed a request to the claimant to provide wage information from the previous employer. Please note this request was sent to the claimant as PGL is not contracted with the claimant’s previous employer and it is difficult for us to get this information.PGL contacted the claimant and spoke to Mr. [redacted] (Mrs. [redacted], claimant, speaks little English). Mr. [redacted] confirmed that they sent the 2 forms to her previous employer.After PGL contacted the previous employer (with difficulty) and claimant on (7/18/17 and 7/19/17 respectively), PGL receive the information needed.Payment was processed on 7/20/17 and mailed to claimant.Please let me know if you have any additional questions.Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: of how this claim is managed with sending forms and a lady was provided [redacted] number. Why is the claim taking long to process? I haven't been at work for months since the surgery on the knee and still there is no claim.
