The complaint for [redacted] I thought had been resolved, he was looking for his report for the energy audit we performedI spoke to him multiple times about the report and we did have a delay in getting this too him because our auditor left for another position in TexasHowever he does have his report now I sent it over about a month ago.Please let me know if you need anything else from me to keep our rating good with you

Standard Eco strives to maintain the highest level of service. Standard Eco kept constant communication with the client during one of the busiest times of the year.I spoke to the client and inform the client that as licensed contractors, we need the opportunity to address our work prior to
having another contractor come out. Nevertheless, given the situation, Standard Eco will reimburse the client $provided that the client provides sufficient invoices and agrees to remove the complaint after receipt of the $300.00.The client agreed to the aforementioned terms and we are waiting the invoices. This is an unfortunate situation, but we strive to make customer service a priority. We are glade that we have resolved this issue and the customer is satisfied
