P[redacted] called 11. 24. 2015. with his issues with the shutters we installed. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving, I told him we are more than happy to take a look at the problems and fix it, the only thing I asked can we do it after the holidays, because we are extremely busy this time of the...

He agreed, I promised I will call him.Friday afternoon at 3 pm he left a message, a not so nice one and the same day he fill out this complain at Revdex.com, stating he called twice and we don't return his call.. I was picking up my son from LAX, but the way home I stopped and listen his message and I called him back right away. There was no answer, so I left a message; I can stop by Monday 12:30 and see how we can fix the problem, but I still can't take my production manager with me, because the heavy schedule here and I had the impression we deal with the problem after the holidays. It is 11:30 Monday morning and I didn't hear back from him.We have a written Warranty and we are proud we take good care of our costumers.
