Pacific Finance Group mail out the agreed refund check as agreed via US Mail, once learning the client did not receive the check we mailed him out a replacement check immediately He has received the check and we consider this matter resolved

Pacific Finance Group has refunded the borrower $to cover the cost of the appraisal company charging above what was initially quoted. AMC or appraisal management companies were severely behind in scheduling and completing appraisals during this period. We worked directly with the
client and have closed the transaction and refunded the difference in the appraisal fee from what was quoted to what the appraisal company charged

We are working directly with the client to resolve the matter to the clients satisfaction

Pacific Finance Group, LLC worked directly with the consumer and resolved this matter to the consumers complete satisfaction
The consumer contacted the Revdex.com to remove this complaint as we addressed the matter prior to the complaint, the Revdex.com refused to remove this complaint
