I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[ mr. [redacted] is slightly askew in his facts. 1) he states that these are the only 2 orders that we have ever had at pacific dry cleaners. we moved to la grange in October, 2008, and started using pacific shortly after that. when we started they were next door to the subway restaurant. 2) he states that mrs. [redacted] dropped off and picked up the slacks. I ( mr. [redacted] ) dropped them off to be altered and picked them up when finished. when slacks were dropped off for alteration, the clerk asked if I wanted them dry cleaned also. I told her no, they were new , just out of the package and didn't need cleaning. I picked them up after alteration. got them home and my wife discovered the spots. she took them back to be cleaned and that's when this all started. 3) "I AIN'T SENDING YOU NOTHING" is mr. [redacted]s direct quote to me when I asked for reimbursement.   regards,   [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I have received the refund referenced.  I would have preferred to have it done...

originally without a complaint to Revdex.com, but appreciate attention to it now.
