can really do it as proposed, with no further water problems. I sent an e-mail on Monday, June ** outlining his proposal and asked for a guarantee, to which he agreed via e-mail. I said I would sign off and remove complaint when the work is completed and I have tested for water flow. Again, he agreed. So for now I will not say that everything is resolved, just that we are in the process of doing so.
