This is Ken W*** Owner of Stonewall LandscapingI would think you would have followed up with your complaintee to see if this was handle in a professional way. Although it was believed that this was an issue of electrical surge, Stonewall replaced all lights with new LED lights, in
addition we replaced all of the the wiring, and lastly we replace the transformer and photo cell. We have touched bases with the client to make sure she was please with the result, she stated that she is very pleased and thanked us for our work. The Railing was replace as well with a new custom made system meeting the requirements of our client. All work was done at no charge to the client, our cost exceeded $2500.00 regards, Ken W***###-###-#######-###-####
