Review: Pacific Coast Title Company was extremely rude when my broker contacted them, my fianc contacted them, my realtor contacted them, and I contacted them about the $500 charge, when escrow never closed. They refused to itemize and list what the charges were and where the money went. They were extremely rude and stated that they took time to scan in the entire HOA documents for the [redacted] Swift Fox Ct. property, and I stated that their scanned copy was horribly done. This company was slow at responding, not technologically friendly, stated that they sent out copies of documents to my co-signers when they never received any physical copies, and stated that they completed all the paperwork to close escrow even though were were within my contingency period. They have not supplied any reasonable itemized list of charges when taking my $500 and refuse to answer any further questions, this is nothing short of abuse of power and stealing of my monetary funds.Desired Settlement: I want my $500 refunded me.
