Pacific Termite did a rat infestation Treatment a year ago They were given a down payment in August 2014, but didn't get back to me until November They up sold the insulation and attic cleaning at the time of the job At that time, the insulation was dirty but covering my attic It has taken one year for them to clean out the rats In the meantime, I've had to call them numerous times to return to finish the job Now, I've been told all my blown insulation is scooped up into small piles with none over my bedroom They damaged my ceiling in separate spots, which they plastered, but never repainted, they soiled the paints round the attic entrance so I have to get it repainted What a mess! In August I asked for my insulation deposit be returned Beware! They want to add new insulation long before they sealed the attic I refused to let them do that, and glad I waited They have poor communication between their employees and dispatch I waited numerous Saturday's and they never seemed to have me scheduled On the bright side, I think my attic is finally rodent free after years They do know what they are doing if they would do it the first time
