This customer was advised to use a local company in Portland for the Cane Holders. They are not a part of the original purchase and My store is miles from her and we would not be able to install them. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding here

The parts are ordered for this customer and the facility was on Medical lock down for a couple weeks due to the flu and we could not confirm some needed info for the correction of the order.  We advised the facility of this and they were too convey the info to the patient.  We have since...
