Pacific Coast Landscaping

Pacific Coast Landscaping did some landscaping for me and also built me a BBQ. The landscaping came out fine but there was a problem with damage to the BBQ. The BBQ was built while I was away on vacation. After I returned from vacation there were very obvious stains on three sides of the BBQ. Pacific Coast Landscape refused to take responsibility for the damage. Reasons they gave for not taking responsibility included that it may have come out of the box that way, someone may have climbed over my wall to do it, and that their workmen said that they did not do it. I live alone so no one was at the home that could have caused the damage while I was away. My gate was locked also. I requested that they give me compensation in the amount of 10% ($250) of the total cost of the BBQ. That cost was just under $2600. They refused. Instead they came out and attempted to polish the stains away which was largely ineffective. After spending just under $8000 on the entire project this business was unwilling to make things right. I cannot recommend that the public use this business.
