Review: On Sep 24th I began my [redacted] transfer with [redacted]. A process that has a 10 day waiting period before I was able to pick it up. On September 26th he got in contact with me to tell me that the date could not be started because of a paper work issue and it would start on the 29th. On October 8th when I went to pick up my weapon from the 10 day holding he informed me that he was going on vacation for 2 weeks starting that day and that there was another error and that I could not pick up my gun that day. After 2 weeks went by I attempted multiple times to contact him and left several voice mails that were never returned. Finally on November 4th I was able to get a hold of him by phone. He informed me that after 30 days he has to resubmit the paper work because it was past 30 days and it will cost me a additional **$. He never attempted to contact me via email or phone to inform me what was happening and wants me to pay the **$ even though it was his fault it went past 30 days.Desired Settlement: He needs to pay the **$ fee for resubmitting the paper work to the [redacted] because it was his fault it lapsed.
