Please be advised that the transactions showing on the customer account are “Pending Transaction Authorizations” (PTA), not actual charges When their financial institution notices the customer is attempting to place an order they will pull those funds aside until the transaction comes through to attach it to Pacific Coast charges the credit or debit card used for the purchase once the items are available and ship out of our warehouse If for any reason, the order is unsuccessful or cancelled that particular transaction will fall off of the account within a couple of daysThe representative has been spoken to and the necessary steps have been taken

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There should have been no hold placed on any money in my bank if the product wasn't going to be shipped There was no issue on my end with the order so the issue came from the businessTo tie up my money for days is unacceptable Sincerely, [redacted]
I spoke directly with the customer this morning and asked had the pending authorizations fallen off of her account and she verified that they had fallen off approximately days ago I explained the process to the customer and apologized for any inconvenience any of this has caused She thanked me and said she was satisfied

I was not satisfied at all per the customer service reps statement and I did not speak to them this morningIt was late afternoon I am simply done with the situation and will never purchase another product from them again.
