I reviewed the complaint that I was just made aware ofI am sending a check to him todayIt’s possible that the gasket we replaced under warranty may have been leaking and or it may not have sealed properlyHowever we were not given the opportunity to relook at itIf we had the opportunity to
reinspect and it was leaking after the second attempt we would have taken care of the rental fee He also states we reimbursed him for half of his First rental carI have no record of that transaction. Feel free to call me if you need anything else. Ken W***
