Review: Not being put on their do not call list.

Pacific Builders has called me three times in the past three or four months. The first time they called I requested to be put on their do not call list. The second time that they called I told them that the first time they called I asked to be put on their do not call, he apologized stating that they have different list that they call from and sometimes we don't get taken off all of them. I told him that I could understand that but if I get called again I would be reporting them. The third time they called I told him about the other two times they called and that I was going to be reporting them. He begged me not to report them so I asked to talk to his supervisor to maybe resolve this situation without reporting it. He said that he did not have a supervisor there and that I would have to call the same number that he called me on and ask for one, so I told him that I wont be doing that. Desired Settlement: I want to be put on their do not call list and if possible a check for five hundred dollars. Maybe if they have to pay for not following the law then they'll try to do the right thing the first time.

In April of 2011 Mr. [redacted] contacted us via our website and gave us his telephone number and address. He wanted to have a free estimate for a patio cover. We went out to his home on April 9, 2011. He did not buy a patio cover from us at that time.

We were simply following up on this call to see if he was still interested. We understand his frustration. We want to apologize for disturbing Mr. [redacted]. He is currently on our do not call list. This will not happen again.
