This letter is in response to the October 2, letter you sent to our company regarding the complaint filed by *** ***.I have enclosed the documents that we have from our dealings with Mr*** regarding the business with his boatWe filled out a work order and emailed it to the customerWe
included a picture of the tower with this emailThe customer asked if we could give him a brake or discount which we didHe also requested a warranty, which we sent him what the manufacture providesThis is the MAIN reason we use work orders and pictures before we start a job to avoid any misunderstandingCustomer picked the boat up and he was very happy with all the workHe requested one more quote to make a custom cover for his boat which we gave him a verbal priceAbout two weeks later the customer said he was upset because he found the wakeboard towers cheaper on line than the price that we had charged himFirst off our company never discourages our customers to bring in their own parts for us to installHad he wanted to buy it outright online and bring it in, we would have been happy to do the installation for himWhen our company does a job for someone and we purchase the parts we have a maon these items as does any company that you do business with.Our company was contacted by his credit card company letting us know he was filing a dispute on the chargeAfter we explain all detail the credit card company denied his dispute and did not reverse the charges.If you have any further questions, please contact our office at ***.Sincerely,*** ***Owner
