Review: This car wash ripped the spoiler off my car last night, and the manager, [redacted], refused to pay for it this morning. He also refused to connect me with the owner. He told me he was "pissy" and treated me like an it before hanging up.The employees, who know me because I come through there all the time, were super nice. They said [redacted] would take care of it. They were wrong.I have been getting my gasoline and car washed here weekly for nine years. I will never go back because this is not how you treat a customer, and you should be responsible when your equipment damages someone's car.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace my spoiler. I have one witness (an employee) who saw my car had a spoiler when it went into the car wash. I have another (a customer) who heard the noise of it being ripped off and turned to see the spoiler dragging on the ground at the end of the car wash.I simply want them to replace what their machine damaged. I also want them to treat customers with respect and, if they refuse, to alert other customers so it doesn't happen to them.
