Customer also called the store on the same day she filed the complaint and was told she would be given a refund and to come to the store. She came to the store the next day and the merchandise was returned and refunded in full.
Review: the end of May I purchased a speaker system setup install within the first week the first amplifier blew out which was replaced free of charge the week following. A capacitor caught on fire and melted under the hood they replace that then following that three more times their replacement capacitors melted or caught fire which render the system useless I asked for a refund since it was within the first 30 and 60 days that the system did not work and they see my vehicle more than 4 times over the phone the owner offered to give me a complimentary upgrade rather than refunding me my money only to tell me that instead he would add a circuit breaker which I felt he should have done the 2nd or 3rd or 4th time now I would like to take my business elsewhere due to their faulty installation in this regard to the fact that I have children who ride in a car that catch fire under the hood due to their products and professional install, I simply asked fora refund and to return the faulty productsDesired Settlement: I have given them ample opportunity to replace the product and I do not see it feasible to keep a product that has been repaired more than 4 times for the same type of issues therefore since the product is defective I would like a full refund of my money back on top of purchasing a warranty I still had to pay out of pocket for additional cords that had melted into the replacements amplifier

I am rejecting this response because: the business owner is not saying my money will be refunded. The business owner wants to replace the product but I want the business owner to say my $117.89 I paid for the product will be refunded so I can give the product back to the company. The business owner wants me to continue business but I just want my money and they can have the product.

Company states: We took out the unit from the car for the customer. We advised the customer to send the whole unit to the manufacturer for warranty. We do not do repair. He said that he sent it. Customer came back 8 months later asking for a refund. The receipt says manufacturers warranty.
