Let me start by clarifying that we are a repossession company, not a tow companyWith that said as you can imagine people are not happy to see usWe do not always see them at the best time in their lives or financial situationsPeople tend to be very upset with their situation and angry at the bank or themselves for what has occurredWe just happen to be the ones out their doing our jobs so many choose to blame us or try to get back at the bank or their situation by stating that something is our fault when in fact it is not.The complainant inspected her vehicle and signed releases stating that it was in the same condition as it was when we repossessed itShe had ample opportunity to bring anything to our attention while her vehicle was still on our propertyOnce the releases are signed and the vehicle leaves our property we cannot be held responsible for any damageAs to the "damage" to her driveway; it is a gravel driveway and their were some minor drag marks in the picturesThis is not damage

I understand that not everyone will be happy with the response that they receive and/or the resolutionI believe that I clarified this before but I will state it again; we are a repossession company, not a tow companyWe are NOT governed by and subject to the "tow laws" as regular tow companies areIf the complainant feels that they have a legal complaint or stance then they need to present it in the proper venueI think that the complainant does not understand what the Revdex.com is for and definitely does not understand the law
