Pacific Animal Hospital

I took my pet (dog Chewy) into to Pacific Animal Hospital being the nearest facility in an emergency with a broken leg, only to be told they were not equipped to assist him in he's needs after leading us to believe there was something that can be done to help him, all that was done were X-rays and we were referred to another Facility and given false/misleading information regarding assistance with finical services through a program called FACE, they stated that we needed to pay them $255 to show good faith and the FACE Program would see our efforts (knowing this was a seperate entity) that they were not affiliated with. We paid and went to the Hospital referred too, only to be told different information and we had to pay additional monies for the new services with them. I am filing a complaint against Pacific Animal Hospital because if they knew that they were not equipped just by looking at my pets injury the minute we walked in, then they should have sent us else were at that time with no hesitation, instead they chose to provide services knowingly they could not help.
