Purchased a catalytic converter for 2010 Nissan altima in August 2015. The part failed in November 2015. Called warranty department and was told the have to have my credit card number to even start the warranty process. He said it was to ensure I return the defective part. Next I was told he needed puctures. I sent the picture. Next he needed another picture because a sheild was in the way. I explained I didnt feel comfortable driving the vehicle. His response was "you can have it towed at your expense but I NEED A PICTURE THAT'S JUST HOW THIS WORKS."
