line with the law as we only provide information on cases that are publicly available. When an individual is involved in a case whether it be old or currently in litigation, they can request that we remove the case and provide us with a reason (ie. interfering with employment, safety concern.) While we do not remove cases, we often place a no index instruction on the case to ensure that it no longer comes up in search results. [redacted] never contacted us directly to request any kind of removal of information from our site. Today, May [redacted], I contacted [redacted] directly and informed her that if she would like us to consider removing the case, she needs to send a request to our support email address ([redacted]) and provide us with a link to the case. Once we receive the necessary information from [redacted] we'd be happy to place the instruction on the case.
