the damages. In this case, we provided all of this information to the customer, and at their request, the customer’s insurance company. Unfortunately, after the insurance company reviewed all of the photographs and documentation, they denied a portion of the damages claimed. Obviously, we would have loved to repair all of the damages. However, we are not able to omit details in our damage analysis. After review, we have found no reason to change the original assessment compiled by our team member. However, we would be happy to assist the customer in finding another party to complete a second assessment.
