The customer was present in the car,when someone ran a stop sign at a 4 way stop.Customer nor employee called police or asked other driver for insurance info.the insurance company of the other driver called Pace's & interviewed the owner &...

driver..They said they will handle the damages to the car & Paces is not at fault.Mr. [redacted] called 2 months later !! & says my car is not running the same, since the accident.we scheduled a time for him to drop off the car & we inspected it..it needs a overdue tune-up & thermostat replaced. The car has 157,000 miles on it & has never had a tune up done.That is why the engine is running poor & the thermostat is stuck open. Reason for no heat..
he asked about the bumper being replaced & we responded by asking about the insurance company contacting him. He said " I will call my agent & get that info,I don't remember that & did not write down the information"..
2 days later he calls & says im picking up my car with-in the hour..When coming into the office we asked what did the agent say ? And Mr.[redacted] said give me my key's.
1.5 weeks later we get this complaint .
