Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention! I have attached the complete text message correspondence with this customer as well as the phone call details made today to attempt to contact her to resolve this issue. As you can see our last conversation held on Friday July 13,
ended with my comment that stated "I would be glad to come up and check it out though for you". No other communication has been made until today after we received this complaintTo try and resolve this issue I sent a text message as well as a voice mail message and called several times (which I was declined twice and once the call was picked up and then immediately hung up on with out any conversation made)Please understand that I am an Owner Operator of my business and this is one of the busiest times of the year for me while I deal with no AC calls for customers without cooling in their homes. With that being said I am happy to find time to check out the water softener issue. I am sorry that it has not been working for herPlease let me know what other further action is neededHopefully the customer will respond and we can work together to get it sorted outThank you very much!
