Despite some delays in our job, we were generally pleased until we discovered that door jambs were not all caulked or grouted and number of hollow and loose tiles exist in the traffic areas Before even moving into the house the grout began eroding and unfortunately Stephen Pace has not been responsive We've had to make multiple calls and texts to reach him and while he sent his tile guy over once to address one section of flooring, the grout was not completed and we have not been able to reach anyone to get an update on if/when they intend to finish our job At this point I am thoroughly regretting that I paid in full...since it seems they don't have any motivation to finish my job
