Our customer requested personalization that we do not do on the flip flops that she ordered. She was upset when she called our customer service dept on 4/22/16. It was explained that we cannot do the work that she requested and apologized for...
the misunderstanding. Typically we would require a return of product in order to issue a refund but in this case we told her we would issue a good faith credit in the amount of $117.49 for the flip flops (this is the amount she paid for them). We will not be sending a replacement as she has been completely refunded for the flip flops without actually returning the product - she gets to keep the flip flops for free. No replacement will be sent, nor any further action will be taken on our part at this time.
