Bought a 2011 BMW 5 Series, drove it 2 days and check engine light came on. I IMMEDIATELY reported the issue thinking they would stand behind their vehicle to find out that I had to pay for the repairs myself. I scheduled service with them and paid for a VANOS Intake and exhaust Solen replacement. When I went to pick up the vehicle the engine light was still on and I was told I have to bring the car back for additional repairs. When I scheduled to return for the 3rd time I was told would not continue to service the vehicle because I waiting to long (I live over an hour away from their repair location) and they do not have the equipment needed to repair a BMW. I have been back and forth with this organization over 6 months and finally relented and took the vehicle to my local BMW dealer to not only find out they never made the repairs I was charged for but also reset the oil change without changing the oil that was supposedly a complementary service due to my inconvenience. Went in person, called and emailed PA Autosales numerous times and nobody will discuss the issue, call me back or respond to my e-mails! I have requested a refund for the services they did not perform and have yet to receive any response.

Am in the process with an agent from the Attorney Generals office, Don't listen to the fake reviews you see that are 5 stars people.
Due to the process this dealership has chosen to take to remedy this situation, this will be handled by the laws that have been put in place to protect consumers, like me and the many this dealership (crooks) has done wrong too.
Also the more generic reply review you send from "Igor" the better just helps each every case of wrong doing you've done.
I am a business owner myself, to think this is the way you'd like to work with customers is unheard of.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
The Merchant told me my Car was Ready for Pick up. I Arrived Friday Evening to Pick up the Vehicle. Before leaving, I advised the Owner (Giorgi) as Stated on the Revdex.com that my check engine light is on and it wasn't on when I dropped it off. He stated to schedule a appointment to comeback since they where closing. I made it 10min up the street and car broke down on I-95 South. I Immediately call the shop, they closed. my car is stuck on the highway. I got in contact with manger (Igor) in the sales department the following day. he told me it wasn't there fault. He told me the car had multiple issues. I asked about the multiple issues the car had that weren't listed on recipt during pick up. He later said the car can't be diagnosed until "his guy" comes back end of Dec. So now there saying they didn't diagnose the car, but have it listed on my receipt. I never went to a mechanic and have them tell me I have a lot wrong with the car, but try not to fix it, or advised me of my issues. I advised them the shop told me the car was ready for pick up. they didn't mention any additional problems or concerns in person or on receipt under the "concerned" option. My car is Stranded on I-95 South.
BEWARE

This place sold me a LEMON!

Bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML63 for around $40,000, drove it 2 days and Malfunction light on the dash for the air suspension lit up and then the car stopped working!

Towed it to Mercedes Benz and it needs a starter, price for that $3,400! Yes that's right for a starter!

I have yet to have the air suspension diagnostic done. Probably more thousands.

Called Pa autosales numerous times and nobody will call me back! This isn't the last they are going to hear from me.

They do have nice LOOKING cars but deep down under the hood they are CRAP
