PA Tire Connections

Review: In a response to an add on [redacted] for used truck tires I placed an order with PA tire connections llc for 10 used 11r22.5 trailer tires. Prior to placing the order, in a phone conversation with "[redacted]" he informed me that they would require half of the payment up front for the order. The cost was set at $75 per tire. While I found this odd, I went against my better judgment and placed an order. That was on Jan 17th 2014. I have the [redacted] receipt to show payment was made in the amount of $375. On Feb. 4th I received an email that the tire shipment was en route from Canada. After several weeks of weather excuses and delays I received a phone call in April from the "secretary [redacted]" that my tires were in. I made the trip up there on during the second week of April and upon my arrival I was told that there was a mistake and my tires were not in. After requesting either tires or a refund I was told to give them more time in the promise they would deliver. This was a mistake. The last response from them I received was on May 9th indicating more excuses as to why the tires hadn't come in yet. My final request for tires or a refund was met with no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $375.00 down payment along with the cost of gas and tolls for my trip to pickup my tires that were not there and no refund was given upon request then. That would amount to an additional $125 for a total of $500.00
