Review: I [redacted] am the sole proprietor of the [redacted]. I ordered 225 used tires from PA tire Connections LLC on Mon. April 28th. We received 205 tires on Tuesday May 20th [redacted] CEO has refused to ship the rest of the tires ordered and paid for and has refused any refund for the 20 tires never shipped or received. Instead he wants to give credit toward future orders this is not acceptable as I will not be making any further orders from his company. I have copies of my email conversations with [redacted] where he has refused to make this right. The tires were $12 each he failed to deliver 20 he owes me $240.Desired Settlement: $240 refund for 20 tires
