Hello on 6-the patient called into our office and spoke to [redacted] , she explained that the braces were to big and bulky and they were not what she expected, [redacted] agreed to take the braced back but told here he would be sending out a pickup/Exchange ticket that she would have to sign and return so that we could complete the Medicare refund process, we just received the pickup/Exchange ticket on 11-28-We are not sure why it took the patient so long to return the required documentI have attached documentation showing that once we received it her account was zeroed out and the refund process was initiated

sign and return so that we could complete the Medicare refund process, we just received the pickup/Exchange ticket on 11-28-2017. We are not sure why it took the patient so long to return the required document.
