complaint, PA Central Federal Credit Union did not lose any forms, and did retain all paperwork that he provided us. After examining [redacted]' claims, and speaking with the employees involved, we have concluded that this is simply a matter of the member ([redacted]) misunderstanding the documents necessary for his particular request. In reference to [redacted]' statement that he had to bring in checks for his payments, this was due to the fact that the required automatic payment form was never provided to us for processing, necessitating manual payments in order to keep his account current.In spite of the fact that PA Central Federal Credit Union does not believe the matter in question was mishandled on Our end, we have waved the fees to close the account, and we have mailed [redacted] a check for $5.00.Sincerely,Hal M.
