Review: This flat iron isn't what they promise. It doesn't get as hot as they say. The woman claimed that she was using the demo flat iron on a low setting when she tried it on my hair. I turn it all the way up to the full setting and it takes me a long time to straighten my hair that I blowed out straight with my hair dryer. They claim it won't pull or tug the hair. It pulls my hair out and is painful to use. They leave their irons on all day, no wonder it straightens at demo. They say after you straighten it, you can sleep on it and it will stay the straight without having to re-iron. (even I knew that wasn't going to be true.) She told me that flat irons were $200-250, but she would give it to me for $125, what I paid for my last flat iron. She wouldn't go lower. She sold my friend the same flat iron for $80. The product isn't what they claim to be. They don't offer refunds. Only exchanges within 7 days. They do claim to offer a warranty, yet since my iron gets hot, it's not worthy of exchange. I'd like a refund or another iron that is going to get as hot as they claim and doesn't pull out my hair. I no longer use this iron and have gone back to using my old one. What a waste of money. Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund or replacement of an iron that gets as hot as they claim and doesn't pull out my hair.

Review: My pyt hair straightener is msking my hair very staticky! I went to a professional salon thinking it was my hair or whatnot, but that wasn't the problem! I can't use my straightener because of this! And I love my straightener! Desired Settlement: I just want something to help with this problem! I really love my straightener and wouldn't want to have to return it and buy else where!
