Left Asbestos on our front porch for over a month. It was in the way of other trades working on the house. Very irresponsible, possibly illegal to leave toxic substances outside. No response after 5 calls with assurances they would pick up. Still there as of this evening. Then they billed us more than once while ignoring the asbestos!

Dear Darren
As you know I was surprised to find out after your having assured me, on at least three occasions, you would be here between 8 & 9 am Saturday morning Oct 28th; that in fact you would not be here.
After I informed the two men who knocked on my door that you would be arriving at any minute; I received a call from you telling me that your stating: "you would be here" didn't mean: "you would be here" it meant: "your crew would be here."
Unfortunately, your "crew" created a lot of havoc for me.
They spoke convenient English by which I mean they only understood me when they wanted to.
Without consulting me, let alone informing me, they used everything and anything in any way they wanted to.
I have a lot of electrical outlets in the garage and outside near the garage that are unused.
Instead of using any of them they chose to disconnect all of my major appliances and lighting by using the electrical connections they picked without asking for my input.
Not only didn't they consult with me, they did not inform me of their actions nor did they reconnect anything.
Nothing electrical in my garage was available to me.
I spent hours groveling underneath my washer, dryer, lighting and other garage appliances trying to retrieve chords and connections that had fallen under appliances too heavy for me to move.
Your crew chose to use my water hoses. In failing to turn them off fully inside the garage and backyard, they turned the garage and backyard into wet slippery potential disaster areas.
They removed the stainless steel pressure washer nozzle my indoor hose. They did not replace it, they took it with them.
They moved out door furniture and did not return it to where it belongs.
Your "crew" used two ladders which I keep tethered to the wall with bungee cords so as not to have them fall on my car. They are 6' & 8' tall respectively. They left the two ladders in totally different locations on opposite sides of the garage not tethered to the wall as they found them.
They took the bungee cords with them.
They moved and piled things helter-skelter all over my garage. They put absolutely nothing back where it had been, making it impossible for me to navigate in my garage without tripping over things buried in heaps in my garage.
They disconnected the “Battery Maintainer” I keep I attached to my automobile battery, causing my battery die overnight. I had to call AAA this morning to jumpstart my car.
It is gone. They took my bungee cords, my Porsche battery maintainer and my stainless steel hose connection.
I signed the DocuSign PWSEI Mold Clearance Waiver.
Is that what gave them the liberty to stuff some of the contaminated plastic ceiling garbage into a piece of my luggage?
Is this par for the course for your crew?
Is this what I should have anticipated from your crew?
Is this behavior from your crew considered professional behavior?
I am shocked by the absence of courtesy and lack of professionalism exhibited by your crew.
This was not the outcome I was led to expect. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your addressing my concerns over this unexpected, inconvenient, hazardous experience.
I do expect you to return and fully rectify the situation.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution the problems caused by your crew.
Please contact me by phone or at the above address.
Sincerely,
Dianne ***

The purpose of this letter is to request full reimbursement for my personal property that was destroyed and or removed by your crew on October 28 2017 and for money to restore my garage to the condition it was in at the time it was damaged by your crew.
My personal belongings were in (very good to excellent) condition at the time of the loss.
The total value of the items that were deemed a total loss is $215. (they removed these items and took them with them)
The cost to pay for help to clean and restore my garage by replacing items where they belong from the heap they were unceremoniously dumped into by your crew is $150.
The total I am requesting is $445.
I made my property available for inspection by your quality control supervisor Scott Andrews he inspected the property and took photographs.
$239. Porsche Battery Maintenance plug-in Electric wall charger.
$25 Stainless steel Hose power wash Nozzle
$31. (4) heavy duty rubber bungee cords $7.90 each.
$150. approximate cost for helper to move & replace items piled into 10 x 20 x 7’ heap.
I am anxious to put this painful experience behind me, and restore my garage to the condition it was in before it was damaged by your crew.
I look forward to timely response. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
DO NOT let your insurance company guide you into using them UNLESS you enjoy AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! My experience was a mess throughout.
1) the sales estimator can't come on an afternoon (4:00) during regular business hours because he has to get home - coincidence that it was a Friday?
2) the crew is scheduled by the sales estimator for Monday between 8 and 9, but I call the sales estimator at 9:25 and ask where they are. He says that he will find out and call me right back. He NEVER called back; 3) the crew calls to tell me that they had to take an exam at the office and wouldn't be there until close to 10;
4) I come home from work (had a home sitter for the work being done) and find an UNSIGNED contract for work to be done (it had already been done);
5) My bathroom has TWO hallway entrances, I find ONE door masked off with signs not to enter. I call the estimator about this (maybe they forgot to take one off after the work was done) and he tells me that the other door also has it - ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR! Ummm... to get to the inside, you have to go through the door that is marked DO NOT ENTER. Once inside and you see the other sign, it tells you DO NOT ENTER and leads to my hallway. DUMB OR DUMBER?
6) Estimator tells me that a clean up crew would be at my house after "24 hours" to remove the sealed off areas and then tells me that they will be there at 8 a.m. Doesn't take much to know that if you showed up at 10 a.m. and left after 1 p.m., that is NOT 24 hours!!
7) I call the office and am told, by the owner, that his crew was NOT DOUBLE BOOKED - if you are scheduled by the same office to be at two different places at the same time, that is double booked!! He tells me that this is all a matter of semantics and his guys did NOTHING wrong. Ok... maybe being itic is part of the company protocol - who puts a warning sign on the inside of a door. He goes on to treat me like I'm an it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you thrive on frustration, stupidity, and being treated poorly!
P.W. Stephens Environmental, Inc. (PWSEI) was scheduled to perform work on 2/4/19. The crew was scheduled to arrive to the property by 9:00am. On that morning, that particular crew had a mandatory annual recertification, resulting in a late departure. The crew arrived at the ***’s property at 9:52am, per GPS confirmation. In speaking with Ms., the owner of PWSEI acknowledged that the crew arrived later then the expected time and offered his sincere apology.
It should be noted that with the exception of being late to arrive, PWSEI performed and completed its work in its entirety on its scheduled date and in full compliance of all rules, regulations and required postings.
With regard to the disputed claim that the turn-around time for the teardown requires 24 hours – the claim is false. The owner of PWSEI explained to Ms. in detail that there are no rules, regulations or guidelines requiring how long the containment must stay up after our works completion and in fact it can be taken down immediately upon the completion of our work. PWSEI’s policy is to return the next business day (NOT 24 HOURS LATER) to remove the containment.
PWSEI offered Ms. to have a crew arrive first thing in the morning to remove our plastic. A crew arrived at her home at 8:30am on the morning of 02/05/19 to remove the barrier but was denied access by the property owner.
It should be noted that despite the fact that Mr. verbally assaulted several female employees of PWSEI with vulgar, profanity laced screaming – PWSEI remained professional in attempting to satisfy their issues.
PWSEI’s only flaw in this project was arriving 52 minutes past our scheduled time without phoning – for which we repeatedly apologized.
The apology that is owed at this point, is from Mr. to the administrative girls at PWSEI, for his vulgar profanity and shouting in his attempt to intimidate and bully the ladies.
