P S A Manufactured Homes

The manufactured home was advertised as a windzone II home, but wasn't informed till full payment of home was paid. The homes roof is leaking due to long nails used by movers in transport and now find out roof is rotting and company just wants to patch roof not replace it, floor is buckling due to leaks, there are windows broken due to transport, promised that a/c worked and it did not and company has yet to pay for the repair of the a/c. Sheetrock was damaged due to move mold found behind Sheetrock. Have tried to settle this civilly but with no solution.
