I placed an order on 12/**, order [redacted] I was initially told order is coming from Italy, tracking number [redacted] shows item delivered to a warehouse in Italy on 12/**, this is the last updateI was told today,1/*, by a Rae in customer service that there is some issue they were not aware of where orders are delivered to warehouse and not going out to customers She claimed to have no prior knowledge of the issue, only knew about it from other customers calling in about same matter This shows negligence as Dolce Gabbana customer service should know whats going on and in fact, it does not She also stated I needed to request a refund as apparently, they are not automatically issued as they should be, then replace the order...which makes no sense as I want the item and not a refund She said she would make a request to get the item with a manager who is never available to speak with, located in ItalyI know from past experience, this rep, Rae, is completel
I ordered a pair of sneakers on 12-5-for my wife so I could surprise her on her birthday 12/26/The company took my money on the 10th of December $1,239.46, I had been in contact with customer care for a few days to make sure my order was delivered at least before Christmas due that I had not yet received a tracking number for my orderI was told on the 24th of December that my order had been cancelledDolce and Gabbana RUINED CHRISTMAS FOR ME AND MY WIFE!!!!
