P & P Laundromat

I took two items to P&P Laundromat and Dry Cleaning, a black and white dress that was worn once with no stains, and a white blazer that I wore once also with no stainsI picked them up, and was horrified to find that the bottom of the dress was stained orange, and the blazer had a large orange and black stain on the right sleeveI called the owner, who refuses to reimburse me for the items that have been damaged beyond repairThey appear to be burnt
