P & P Disposal

Review: The company repeatedly sends bills stating that we have not paid. I have called, emailed, and even gone out to the street to talk to the drivers of the truck trying to get a response. I have provided proof of payment multiple times. If I do not stand at the curb when the truck passes my house, they will not pick up my garbage.Desired Settlement: I want their billing department to get their records straight. I want to know that my garbage will be picked up every Tuesday and Friday without fail. This has been going on for years and I want an end to the neverending cycle of problems.

Review: P&P disposal continues to send me invoices for services they are not providing. I moved out of my home June 30th, 2015 and I continue to get invoices from them. Last invoice is dated 1/19/2016. They are forwarded from my old home address by the forwarding service of the USPS.

I have contacted them via phone and emails and neither are ever answered.Desired Settlement: That my account is completely closed and invoices stop being issued.

Review: No garbage pick up in two weeks. Business phone does not permit message to be left. Email not responded to.Desired Settlement: Pick up the garbage!!

We stopped the garbage collection service effective 31st Jan 2015 with them and an email on this was sent on 21st Jan 2015 to Luke ([redacted] from my email ID [redacted]). There was no response and the voicemail box was always full while trying to contact them by phone.

Subsequently a follow up email was sent on 3rd Feb 2015 and again on 11th Feb 2015. But I keep getting bills from P&P every month. The most current one was sent on 23-Feb-2015 showing an outstanding balance of $118.93. This is wrong and needs to be reversed.Desired Settlement: I want them to adjust and send me a revised bill to show the balance till 31st Jan 2015. The last check that was sent in October (to cover Oct 2015 till Dec 2015) was already encashed by P&P. (Check number is [redacted])
