Review: I made the total payment for the work ($100 671.00) on December 15, 2013 despite numerous small items to do / item under warranty to cover

In order to live in the house (we have a 3 months old baby), I personally had to work on several issue

- I repaired the leaking faucet in the kitchen

- I repaired the toilets and fixed the bathtub enclosure. You still need to reimbursed me for the price of the spare parts you lost ($36.09 for the 3 toilets, $25.00 for the bathtub, $35.00 for the garage remote)

- I had a brick-man repair the various holes you made around the kitchen door

As of now P&P is unresponsive and need to :

- Take trash (including old fence) out of the garden.

- install/repair the vent system in the bathroom and bedroom

- finish paint work (kitchen – main room)

- Repair the insect screen in the kitchen (install the lock, put a new screen)

FYI – I appeared that P&P failed – at least – to pay 2 subcontractors who had worked on the property.Desired Settlement: I want P&P to perform the work needed and to reimburse the expenses I had to do the urgent stuff. I informed the DC Attorney General office mid April but P&P remains unresponsive despite the AG action.
