Review: Paid for parking in their lot.
Placed parking receipt in driver side window because front window was complete fogged up.
Company charged me for $74.00 violation for not placing receipt on dash board.
Called company explained situation. Company asked me to send in ticket along with receipt which I did. Company is still charging me for the ticket. Desired Settlement: Do not charge me $74.00 violation when clearly I paid for parking. Please drop this ridiculous claim. Change your practices.

Thanks,
Review: I parked in the lot on [redacted] on 5/2 (Thursday) at ~4pm. I paid, no ticket came out, I paid again, no ticket. Your ticket machine was broken and the sign behind it that states what to do in that situation isn't pronounced and I didn't see it at all. So I put a note on my car explaining the situation and went to the conference I was late for. When I returned I found a ticket on my car for $44 dollars. I wrote an email and a hand written letter only to get back a response that basically summed up to "we don't care, pay the bill, your card wasn't charged for the two times you tried to pay". Today though, I see that you did in fact charge my card TWICE. I am not happy about this and will accept NOTHING less than my money returned to me IMMEDIATELY, not in a week, not in a month. NOW. I mailed in the check for your $44, give me back the money you owe me. I want $10 refunded to my card!
Parking Notice [redacted]Desired Settlement: reimburse me for the $10 you STOLE from my bank account.

Review: At the south entry on Market street, the sign shows a couple if prices, the $9.50 special, the $6 evening and 1st half hour for $2.50. I wanted to park for a few hours. I was expecting to pay about $3 to $4 an hour. However, after about 2 hours and ten minutes, they charged me $13. My issue is not what the charge by the hour. My issue is dishonesty and total lack of price transparency. The full rate info is posted as you exit. at that point you are stuck at the exit and cars pile up behind you do you are forced to pay. I would have never parked there if the full price info was posted where you enter especially since other options exist nearby that are cheaper. Why didn't they post all price info at entry so you are no coerced into paying afterwards?Desired Settlement: I would have never parked at the lot so I should get all my money back but given that I'm a reasonable person (and a lawyer, so making me whole sounds more fair), I will settle for paying for the two hours and ten minutes at the street parking rate since plenty was available at the time. And we can round it to 2.5 hours so that means $3.75. I would like to get $9.25 back. Or they can give me one Daily pass. I'm not trying to rip anyone off, I just don't like being tricked and then forced to pay more than if I had parked there for the whole day for just a couple of hours.

Review: I paid for an all day parking pass at City Center Parking Lot [redacted] at 8:26am on Friday September 20, 2013. I was attending an Emergency Management Course at [redacted] When we chose our parking lot to park in for the day we purposely looked for a lot that would allow us to be able to leave and come back because I had to go to a doctors appointment. So when I saw that there was no rules posted ( I read all post and signs before paying) about leaving the lot and that they offered a daily rate (24hours). But at the end of the day I see that I have a $44.00 ticket, I thought to myself weird because I can visually see my ticket sitting on my dash board clearly this guy is mistaken. No, that wasn't the case. They did ticket me for leaving and coming back, I said thats weird beacuse it says I have till 7am on the 21st. She then told me they have rules about leaving and coming back. I asked her were it was posted? She didnt know. And I proceeded to tell her thats why I took my time arriving early in the morning so I could find a place that would allow me to leave. Its just really sad and disheartening, considering I was being totally cautious and honest when I choose to park there. I feel City Center Parking is miliciously taking peoples money. I'm, like wow, I already paid for a parking spot for $10 now they want to tack on anothwer $44. I want this ticket erased. Otherwise I am going to file a formal complaint with the City. Another thing is too that I was planning to attend 6 of these 4 day seminars in the next 8 months and I now will not park in there lots again, they missed out on $240, instead they want to be dishonest and tricky by not posting signs with rules etc. Also I filed a police report on the guy they have hidden in the bushes who takes pictures of peoples cars. Completely UNETHICAL business
