On July 3, 2013, I called to find out the amount due to get my rings out of [redacted] I was told that they had were no longer available. I asked why I hadn't been notified, like I had in the past, to come and pay to avoid the sale of my rings. I was put on hold, then told they sent out a notice but it was returned because I didn't live at the same address anymore. Totally False. I'm still at the same address the other notices came to, but it is my belief that there was NO notice sent to me because of how long it had been, they assumed I didn't want them back. Then I was told to come in after the holiday, July 4th and pay the interest of $89.50 to hold the rings for another 6 months. When I arrived, I waited for the business to open to pay the $89.50 quoted to me, but they said I'd have to pay $121.50 in interest. I asked why the cost had increased $32.00, but no one had an explanation except that someone must have looked at the wrong ticket.
