This is Patrick k[redacted], pk contracting,in regards to [redacted]..she hired me to do work on a flat roof above her garage,she got my number from rwi,so I met her came up with a plan.for 900 dollars,450 deposit,450 balance.which was to repair a couple cuts in the rubber roof  that was causing...

leaks in garage,then buy a rubber paint made just for rubber roofs and coat roof...the can calls for a two coat process apply first coat,then wait a few days one more coat after that..so I came out patched and cleaned off roof,also took off a 9ft downspout that runs across roof,moved it to paint roof..appied first coat,let it dry come back couple days,applied second coat let it dry..I asked for the balance cause I had done what I said I was gonna do,she said let it dry and see how it does..ok..it rained a couple times,didnt leak but she wanted me to come look at it after it dried so I did..and where the older sealant had been placed and the patch I put down had some yellowing that come thru the white paint and  some of the original roof u could still see thru the paint as well,so she said she wanted another coat of paint applied and I agreed it prolly should get another coat of paint,but I wanted my balance bfore I went and spent 150 dollars,out of my pocket, for more paint to come back for a third coating..she gave me a cooking anaology and said no,so I left and said I would come back and do it,I was real busy and behind on work then had a truck,and suburban break down,just had a lot going on and couldn't make it back to quick to do other coat..some time went bye I did not return her calls or emails..then I did respond saying I needed more money..then after a few weeks she contacted rwi,Revdex.com,etc..so after the threats of everything I contacted her and said I would still do it,so she said I had till set.15th to have this third coat applied..one week went by I showed up on the 15th of sept.like she wanted and I did the third coating for her and there is just a downspout to reattach...and I still haven't been paid my balance or the extra 150 I spent..but I guess im the bad guy and wont get paid.....
