clear water seal chimney then paint it white on the condition  that I use the left over stucco from the chimney job to apply one more layer on about half of the chimney from the top down. I initially agreed and then reconsidered and declined. THE EXPLINATION SUBMITTED BY MR. [redacted] IS TOTALLY OUT OF CONTEX , WITH REGUARD TO ORIGINAL CONTRACT IF HIS STATEMENT IS TRUE ,THEN WHY IS HIS EQUIPMENT STILL AT MY HOME? WHY DID MR. [redacted] LEAVE THE CHIMNEY IN SUCH A MESS,WITH STUCCO SPREAD ALL OVER MY SIDING,ALL OVER MY AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER. JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED AS WE AGREED.

I would like to resolve this matter....what would be a satisfactory response? If we could get to some common ground, I'm sure we can find a way to work this out.
