P. Jennings Asphalt Paving

These folks came to our business and presented themselves as PJennings Asphalt and Paving They seal-coated our parking lot and striped it I should have known something was sketchy when they wanted to do it in the rain Long story short - the seal wasn't good on the asphalt Then they came back this spring using the name Jennings paving and asphalt - John J***, and said they would re-seal the parking lot, fill in some pot holes and then re-stripe - for an additional fee -of course They got half way through our job, told us they would be back in the next couple of days, and then never showed up again! After months of trying to reach them, I gave up None of their phone numbers work, or you get someone who says he has no knowledge of what I am talking about, but says he's PJ*** Now I have to find another person to come and finish their crappy job Live and learn

Review: In October of 2011 I hired P. Jennings Asphalt Paving to pave the roads going through my property. P. Jennings came to my business with his crew and told me that they would dig up the gravel that was already on my roads and put asphalt millings down and then oil on top to make it like black top for $55,000. They did dig up the gravel and lay down asphalt but did not put the oil down like they were supposed to. I spoke to P. Jennings in September 2012 about the condition of the roads. The roads did not set and there are pot holes that keeps forming. He said that he would come back and re-oil the roads for an additional price even though he said his work was guaranteed. I believe that my roads should be fixed under the original price. Since then I have tried to call him at the number on his business card 1-866-529-9444 and the number has been disabled.

I would consider a refund or replacement. For a refund I would like the total amount of $55,000 because I will have to pay to have someone else fix them. Or I would like for P. Jennings to come back and repave the roads through my business correctly.
