This customer ordered a tape measure from us through ***. The customer thought she was going to be getting a blue tape measure but she has received a pink one. She had sent us a message stating her disappointment. In return we did offer to change out the tape measure for the
blue one, and was denied by the customer because the item was time sensitive. The picture shown was a blue flower tape measure but in the product description it clearly states "colors and patterns will vary"

Review: I ordered a product. They had several different options to choose from. In particular, there was a blue one under one link and a pink/yellow one under another link. I explicitly ordered the one with the blue pictured. Despite the fact that I ordered blue, they sent me pink/yellow, and when I told them they had sent me the wrong product, they said "colors and patterns may vary." I find this to be unacceptable false advertising.Desired Settlement: This issue was time-sensitive, so I cannot return/exchange my product. But I would like the Revdex.com to be aware of the false advertisement of this company. Ideally, I would like some sort of compensation, but what is most important to me is that others be made aware of this false advertisement.
